If you like potatoes baked, wait until you taste them grilled. Press washed potatoes onto the upright prongs. Brush with olive oil, butter, or, even bacon fat. Season generously with salt and pepper and place rack on the grill. Metal conducts heat inside spuds for faster cooking. Serve with butter, sour cream, or bbq sauce, and for extra flavor, toss a handful of wood chips on the fire. Dishwasher safe. Rack gets hot. Wear heat protective gloves when handling.
