The Pocket Gift Pack of Flavored Extra Virgin Olive Oils by Galantino includes five 20ml bottles of delicious fused oils packed in a gift box. Flavors include the hand-skimmed Affiorato Oil, Spicy Peperoncino, Lemon, Basil and Aromatic Mixed Herbs.
Using an ancient technique revived by Galantino in the 1990s, the infused oil are produced by crushing together the olives and fresh herbs, chili peppers, or citrus, without the use of any added essences. The result is an intense, richly flavored extra virgin olive oil.
