Cook pizza like a pro! Cousin Lorenzo's Pizza Peel makes it safer to transport pizza into or out of the hot oven or grill. Made from sturdy aluminum, the 12" wide x 14" long paddle is sturdy and durable with ample space to hold larger pizzas. Crafted from cottonwood, the 19-inch long handle stays cool to the touch and keeps hands and arms at a safe distance from heat to help eliminate dangerous burns. It's also great for transferring loaves of artisan breads, rolls, biscuits, flatbreads, casserole and baking dishes, and more to and from the oven.
